Programme information
Armoured for Ageing provides guided movement and educational content designed to support general wellbeing, mobility, balance, strength, coordination, and confidence in movement.
The information and content provided through Armoured for Ageing is educational in nature only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participation and health disclaimer
Participation in any Armoured for Ageing programme is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for exercising within your own comfort, capability, and limits at all times.
You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or movement programme, particularly if you:
- have a medical condition
- are recovering from illness or injury
- experience dizziness, chest pain, or balance difficulties
- have concerns about your suitability for exercise
You should stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any symptoms that feel unsafe or concerning.
Armoured for Ageing does not guarantee specific physical, medical, or health outcomes from participation in the programme.
Subscriptions and payments
Certain Armoured for Ageing services are provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring monthly payments using your selected payment method.
Subscription payments are securely processed by Stripe. Armoured for Ageing does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Pricing may be updated in the future. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance where appropriate.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further payments will be taken.
No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods or unused programme access.
Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of the programme and immediate access to content, refunds are generally not provided once programme access has been granted.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to the programme, please contact hello@armouredforageing.com and reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue.
Personal use only
All videos, written materials, emails, programme content, branding, and intellectual property belonging to Armoured for Ageing are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- share programme access with others
- reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell any programme content
- upload programme materials elsewhere online
- use Armoured for Ageing content for commercial purposes without written permission
Website and service availability
We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the website and programme content. However, we cannot guarantee that the website, emails, videos, or services will always be available without interruption or technical issues.
Armoured for Ageing reserves the right to modify, update, pause, or discontinue aspects of the programme or website where reasonably necessary.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armoured for Ageing shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising directly or indirectly from participation in the programme or use of the website and services.
