Weekly Community Class (75+)
Armoured Richmond is a welcoming weekly small group class designed specifically for the 75+ community.
We meet every Wednesday at 10:30am at the beautiful 50 Hill Rise, Richmond, TW10 6UB.
These sessions focus on gentle but purposeful strength work, balance training, coordination, and mobility — all adapted to suit different abilities within the group.
The atmosphere is friendly, supportive, and unhurried.
There is always the option to sit, stand, or use support as needed.
The goal is simple: to help you feel steadier, stronger, and more confident in everyday life.
This class is about community as much as movement — staying active together, sharing encouragement, and proving that strength can be built or re-built at any age.
